Are you available to travel to our wedding?
How would you describe your videography style? Will you be in the way?
While we call Adelaide, South Australia home, we're frequently traveling to other parts of the state. Getting married interstate? Get in touch and we can go over some travel options. We're also open to filming in majestic international locations, don't hesitate to ask!
Our films have an emphasis on storytelling and cinematic visuals. We take pride in being discreet in order to capture lovely candid moments but we also know how to make you look a million bucks on your big day. We love working alongside your photographer to capture all of the big moments while remaining unobtrusive. We want you to feel comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy your day!
How long will it take to receive our finished wedding films?
Can we request specific moments or shots to be included in the film?
Absolutely! Rest assured, we do our best to capture as much as we can by default, but we encourage you to share any specific moments or shots that are important to you.
You can expect the Teaser within 48 hours of your wedding. The turnaround time for the other edited films depends on which collection you have chosen. However, we strive to deliver your films within 3-4 months after the wedding day. We understand how excited you are to see them and will keep you updated along the way.
How do you handle audio capture during the ceremony and speeches?
Can we choose the music for our wedding? And can we use commercial tracks?
For the ceremony, we like to use a small lapel microphone on the groom and celebrant. This microphone connects to a small pocket recorder or belt clip (it's very small we promise!) and will ensure we get great sound of your vows. If you have a musician booked, we will use a recorder to capture their playing. For the reception, we like to connect to the sound system that's used for speeches, whether that be from the venue, band, or DJ.
Unfortunately not. Music from popular artists such as Ed Sheeran or Taylor Swift isn't available without incredibly expensive licensing fees. Rest assured, we take great care in choosing music that will perfectly suit your day from the multiple libraries at our fingertips.
What are your backup plans in case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances?
Do you use additional lighting equipment during the wedding day?
We give a lot of thought to redundancy of equipment at any given wedding. We're never without multiple cameras and backup audio devices to ensure that in the unlikely event of a device error, we always have a backup. Same goes for backing up files after your wedding - we ensure that your wedding footage is secured including a full offsite, online backup.
Yes, we love to utilise discreet lighting for speeches. Lights go a long way towards creating a flattering image of those speaking. We take great care in ensuring that all lighting used is tasteful and doesn't clash with your reception vibe. Lights are used sparingly and will make you look great.
